When will my order ship?
Products are made to order and will ship within 2-3 business days. However, small batches are made weekly based upon orders and upcoming vendor events. Please be advised this excludes party favors. It will take more time to prepare party favors depending on the size of the order. Click here for more info.
Note: During warmer months and if you live in warmer climates please review shipping details and track your order. Do not leave packages outside. Take the package inside right away! Hot and warm temperatures will melt or soften your body butter or mousse. Product color may vary.

Yes, limited local delivery available in the Greater Cleveland area for prepaid orders. There is a delivery charge.

What is a Catlin Naturals Party?
Host/Hostess invites family, friends, co-workers or neighbors into his/her home or event space to see the product line presented by a Catlin Naturals representative. Catlin Naturals host/hostess are rewarded with free products, discounts or exclusive gifts based on the level of sales from party. Are your products free from parabens?
Yes. Our products are free from Sulfates, SLS, SLES and Parabens.

How should I store my body butter?
If body butter is stored in the warm or high temperatures it will melt or soften. However, once placed in a cool and dry place product will solidify and can be used. You can also place container into the refrigerator to help product solidify. Click here for more info.
What should I do if body butter or mousse melts or softens?
1. OPEN PACKAGE IMMEDIATELY
- Review shipping details and track your order. Do not leave packages outside. Take the package inside right away! Hot and warm temperatures will melt your body butter or mousse.
- If body butter or mousse melts or softens, refrigerate right away. Let it sit in the fridge until it solidifies. Product color may vary.
**All body butters are whipped prior to shipping and may shrink down to half the size. Don’t worry you did not lose any product. The product was originally whipped and if it melts or soften this will not affect the quality of the product.
Note: You have the option to re-whip the product by placing the solidified body butter in a clean food grade glass or stainless steel bowl. Use an electric mixer and mix on low speed, then increase slightly until you get a whipped consistency. *Do not mix butter when it’s in liquid form, please allow butter to slightly harden or solidify.
- Store all body butters or mousse in a cool, dry place and keep out of direct sunlight. Avoid leaving products in warm or hot places.
- During the summer and warmer months we ship with extra packaging to help prevent melting but can’t guarantee butters will not melt or soften during shipping.
