RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Catlin Naturals®, we stand behind the quality of every product we create. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@catlinnaturals.com with your order number and proof of purchase before sending any item back.

Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the personal nature of our body care products and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered personal care items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• body butters

• body oils

• scrubs

• bath and self-care products

• gift sets once opened

• sale items

• gift cards

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@catlinnaturals.com and include clear photos of:

• the item

• the packaging

• the shipping box

• the shipping label

We will evaluate the issue promptly and make it right through a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@catlinnaturals.com.

Return Shipping

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. 

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
