Shipping & Order Processing

All Catlin Naturals products are handcrafted in small batches and made to order to ensure quality and freshness. Orders typically ship within 2–3 business days. Production schedules are based on current order volume and scheduled vendor events.

Please note: party favors may require additional processing time, depending on the size and scope of the order.

Warm-Weather Shipping

During warmer months or for deliveries to warm climates, we encourage customers to track shipments closely. Packages should not be left outdoors or in direct heat for extended periods after delivery.

High temperatures may cause body butters or mousses to soften or melt during transit. This is a natural occurrence and does not affect product quality or performance. If needed, place the product in a cool environment or refrigerate briefly to allow it to re-solidify.

Shipping Details

All orders are shipped within the United States.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been submitted, shipping details cannot be modified.

Shipping confirmation emails are sent at the time of shipment and include tracking information. Delivery confirmation is included with all orders at no additional cost.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Shipping charges and terms are subject to change.
